The Iconic character of Architecture is clearly exemplified in our proposal with the prominent contemporary elements which not only enhance the geometry of the structure but also amplifies the verticality of the tower. The uneven distribution of terraces creates an abstraction of the form and holistically transforms the geometry. The design represents contemporary language of architecture which stands out showing technology and advancements of materials and geometry. Our design sets an ideal example of creating an inclusive environment expressing the harmony and wellness of the users. It would set a new standard for affordable luxury in the market which would be an ideal pick for not just families but also working individuals, native and foreigners.
